Mia is a Creeper Magnet

So I haven't posted on the blog yet. I decided today was the day to learn.
So we all know how I feel about creepers... You know the motto, Everyone is a creeper until not proven not creepy. Well this guy didn't pass the test.  This creeper was lurking in the rhubarb!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost touched it!!! It was as big as my fist. Have a look!

Yah so there he was just lurking. Needless to say the picture below was my initial reaction.

And these silly pictures mom took. I bought a new swimsuit. I think am going to make a strap for the other side too. For girls camp, Even thought the strap gets twice as wide as it is in the picture. It has a gathering thing and it is bunched. It has more strap then the tiny strings they call straps on other suits right? But it is really cute and it was on clearance, and I LOVE it!
Personally I am not a big fan of these swimsuit pictures, But I wanted you to see the suit. Ha ha ha!
P.S. The socks were already on my feet. And the shoes were just there from yesterday still. All the models wear heels in their swimsuit photos. They were sitting there.... why not. Right?

A wedding

Maiwage is what bwings us togevah.
Kerry and I have been happily married for 16 days! A whopping number huh? Our apartment is full of stuff we have no idea where to put and the thank you card list is a mile high, but life is good. The temple pictures are on facebook for viewing. The reception though, I don't have much, as my photographer was not reminded by me to come- to the entire wedding. Life is exciting. haha
But I'm going to bombard you all with pictures I do have! Below are candids and guest book pictures from the reception- don't worry it's just the ones we're in. Otherwise you'd be looking at pictures for an hour anyways (of people you don't know). Serenity (Kerry's cousin) took a bunch I'm waiting for and I'm missing a lot from Sue too- I'll ask. Did Chris take any reception pictures? In the mean time, enjoy!

Sam was obviously unhappy about something.

 Lots of hugging!

Being able to see to drive...

And a bunch of silly gooses:

Aren't they gorgeous?

DIRT AND WORMS! caveman style!

Last Monday, our apartment was in charge of FHE.  We wanted to something exciting, so we decided to have our treat caveman style.  Caveman style means you put the food on the table, not plates or silverware. You eat it with you hands.  It was some exciting stuff!  This was the end result.  It's safe to say, our apartment was much more excited about it than anyone else.  And it would be a lie if I said the pudding stayed on the table, there was a small food fight!  I even managed to get some in the Thorpe's water bowl...Oops!

This next picture has nothing to do with our pudding food fight, but this week, I was walking home, and there it was, on the sidewalk.  AN OCTOPUS!!!!!  It was strange, and I thought it was hilarious, so Jackie took a picture of it...

Oooops! And this is legit.

We were sitting down to just a lovely meal. Becky Hince brought us dinner because I have
been sick with this ridiculous ear thing. She just does things so pretty! And can I throw in
that I have had some faith in human-kind restored with the kindness I have received during
this? Anyway, seriously lovely meal; Enchiladas, mexican rice, salad, tortilla chips,
salsa, sour cream, strawberries, and ice cream. Wow! I introduced the kids to eating
strawberries with a little sour cream and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
They were skeptics. Mia very carefully (after much urging from me) dipped her strawberry
in sour cream, then sprinkled it with powdered sugar over her napkin. Sam graciously
dished ice cream for everyone. When we were all done Mia raised her napkin to
her face to wipe it. She forgot it had powdered sugar on it. This is the honest and silly result. Haha!
We laughed so hard and had to get some pics to share.

Enjoy!
